Customer marketeer

Your Role

We are looking for a Customer Marketeer to join our Original Grocery Sales Iberia Team. Reporting to our Iberia Sales Development Manager, you  will be accountable for the development and execution of business plans as a partner of the Kam’s Team.

What you will do

●        Business intelligence: sales analysis to detect and capture growth opportunities in our customers and to provide business control.

●        Manage Data sources: Nielsen, PoS Potential, Kantar, Publinfo…

●        Promo efficiency: assist the Kam in the analysis and feasibility of promotional profitability.

●        Category management projects: Assortment recommendation and planograms definition in order to reinforce our brands and to lead category development. Boots global category projects with the Perfect Store Manager, as a category leading manufacturer.

●        Coordinate activation actions: displays, events, hostesses… Lead internal process and to guarantee point of sale implementation.

●        Customer presentations: Adapt and present business plans to customers.

What we are looking for

●        Proven experience in Trade Marketing department in FMCG, ideally with more than 2-3 years in a related or equivalent position

●        Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar.

●        Fluent in English and Spanish.

●        Team player.

●        Excellent analytical skills.

●        Active listening.

●        Results driven.

●        Good communication skills.
