The Senior HRBP will be a key strategic partner and point person for the Services Leadership team ensuring they receive responsive, high-quality HR support. They will possess a strong understanding of data and metrics, enabling them to make data-driven decisions. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach to execute HR/business strategies, navigate organizational change, and foster a high-performance culture. · Partner with stakeholders to identify and priorities staffing needs and strategically address challenges in filling hard-to-fill positions.· Recommend innovative solutions, such as niche recruiting methods or talent pipelines.· Lead and mentor a small team of vet recruiters · Set performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.· Act as a strategic advisor to the services leadership team, providing insights and recommendations. · Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights for leadership visibility. · Use data to guide HR initiatives, improve processes, and enhance employee engagement. · Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, and career mobility. · Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness. · Travels occasionally to Field locations across the business footprint as needed.Other projects/duties as necessary and assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in key business partner roles with expertise in growth and change management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, recognition, compensation, analytics and reporting, employee relations, performance management, policies and culture and engagement
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can execute amid changing priorities
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with HR data analysis.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field or equivalent years of experience
- 8+ years HRBP like experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
