Summary, Job Description, and Qualifications

Job Title:                               Administrative Specialist – Data Entry

Reports To:                            Regional Administrative Supervisor

Direct Reports:                      No Direct Reports

Summary:

As a partner in building brighter futures for youth and their families, the key component of this position is to assure accuracy in the collection, analysis and reporting of data for the Care Management Region.

 

Essential Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

  • Track daily census for Care Management programs;
  • Coordinate use of and track all expenses associated with the OhioRISE PPL system;
  • Assist in the collection and reporting of daily, weekly and monthly data requirements for CME contracts including but not limited to OhioRISE capacity reports, Medicaid Redetermination files, staff training attendance, direct service fidelity, revenue and expenses;
  • Implement tracking systems to contribute to the timely completion of member/client documentation;
  • Under the direction of regional leadership, implement systems to monitor regional outcome data; Assist in presentation of data, as directed;
  • Assist direct care staff in the collection of client intake information and client satisfaction surveys;
  • Assist in all administrative functions of office operations including customer service and support services to staff;
  • Participate in regional staff meetings and monthly organizational events;
  • Performs other duties as required.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to use a computer;  proficient with Zoom, Word, Excel, Outlook and TEAMS; Ability to learn multiple Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • High School Degree Required; Certification in relev
