The position requires a strong command of federal pricing practices and the ability to translate technical and operational inputs into accurate, defensible cost models. You will influence bid strategies through price-to-win analyses, cost volume development, and financial modeling that directly impact contract success. Working across multiple stakeholders, you will ensure pricing aligns with regulatory requirements while supporting overall win strategies.
