Saints Pantry Marketing Assistant Work Study

• Planning and implementing themed tabling events with giveaways • Table item set up/ tear down • Greeting students and talking with students about Saints Pantry • Ensuring giveaways and printed informational materials about the pantry are given to the students • Tracking student attendance through Saints Connect
Social Media/ Graphic Design
• Planning, designing, and implementing content for social media posts for Saints Pantry • Planning and implementing a social media schedule of specific posts • Designing and distributing fliers and informational materials for Saints Pantry events, both in print and digital for use on fliers/A-frame signs and digital signage/social media
Planning • Required attendance and participation at the Saints Pantry Volunteer and Marketing Committee meetings • Communicate and collaborate with appropriate student organizations and departments on campus • Submit Saints Connect and Maintenance work requests for Saints Pantry marketing events
- Must be a full-time Flagler College student
- Previous work or volunteer experience that involved talking to customers in person
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to push carts full giveaway/promotional materials
