  • This position pays between $84,000 - $144,900 based on experience

The Central Operations Analytics Senior Analyst develops, monitors, and trends data and reporting related to operational workflows and key performance indicators to support organizational excellence. This role provides advanced technical expertise in analytics, trains co-workers and operational leaders, and serves as a resource for report development and process improvement. The Senior Analyst collaborates closely with operations and business partners to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making and optimize business processes.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Help assist in training all co-workers and operational leaders in use of Excel, SQL, and Databricks
  • Create SQL Templates for reoccurring use in Databricks
  • Identifying, developing, and validating the appropriate technological solution for various reporting needs
  • Conduct routine analysis and tests of various components of reports to ensure proper processes yield expected results. 
  • Manage ad-hoc & recurring reports and analyses for site leaders and key business partners. 
  • Provide insight to decision makers in the organization using analyses of past performance 
  • Analyze data to measure effectiveness of business processes and assist with development of reporting
  • Identify, investigate, track, and resolve errors ensuring the solutions are timely and of acceptable quality. 
  • Must be able to handle potentially stressful situations and multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Collaborates with business partners to gain a deep understanding of business problem/need to ensure that we are creating the right solutions for our organization  
  • Deliver a professional, customer focused and high performing service
  • Ability to empathize with internal stakeholders to facilitate key decisions
