You’ll oversee legal strategy, manage risks, and keep our contracts solid. Leading one legal associate, you’ll report to our COO and collaborate with key teams across the company.</p><p>Still sound like future-you?</p><h3>Here's What You’ll Be Doing</h3><ul> <li>Steer the legal ship across our group-level operations, driving expansion and refining legal processes.</li> <li>Lead legal consultancy for clients in technology and creative projects.</li> <li>Negotiate, draft, and review commercial and licensing agreements (domestic &amp; international).</li> <li>Advise on intellectual property, data protection, and EU regulatory compliance for international clients.</li> <li>Ensure corporate governance aligns with legal and ethical standards.</li> <li>Work with the cybersecurity team to secure and maintain development processes.</li> <li>Not just analyze legal issues—solve them.</li> <li>Represent the company before authorities and partners when needed.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>Here’s What You Ideally Bring to the Table</h3><ul> <li>Qualified lawyer with at least 6 years PQE (private practice + preferably industry experience).</li> <li>Fluent Hungarian &amp; excellent English skills (including top-notch legal drafting).</li> <li>Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.</li> <li>People-friendly with a high level of empathy and tolerance.</li> <li>Solid experience in at least two of the following areas: advertising law, IP &amp; copyright, digital marketing, data protection, and employment law.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3>What makes working at Mito unique:</h3><p><strong>Plenty of challenges.
