About the Role:This role will be responsible for the end-to-end experience of a connected hardware device and its integration into the Women’s Pelvic Health offering. In this role, you will lead the design, definition, integration, and software development of a connected hardware device. This device will be an extension of our digital musculoskeletal clinic into our members’ physical world, augmenting our ability to engage, understand and support them. It is a highly cross functional role that requires knowledge and experience in program management, hardware operations, product management and quality. You will work closely with a broad set of stakeholders across hardware engineering and hardware operations, software engineering, design, clinical, coaching, commercial, and other product managers s to deliver a connected hardware experience within the Women’s Pelvic Health program.. 

​​WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Lead a team of engineering and design in the integration of a connected device into our Hinge Health product. This includes working with Hinge Health design/engineering to develop a delightful product experience, while respecting FDA limitations on app integration into the Hinge Health experience.
  • Lead program management activities across multiple departments and external entities including all contractors (hardware, software, manufacturing), and the Hinge Health hardware, software, creative, go-to-market, sales, clinical and legal teams
  • Take a major role in defining product vision and strategy for our connected devices, including the full user experience and product quality.
  • Track usage analytics, and patient impact of launches.
  • Ultimate responsibility for shipping products with meaningful business results, on time.
