Position Overview
CHOC Specialists is seeking a fellowship-trained, Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Neurologist to join a growing, collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers within the CHOC Neuroscience Institute.
The practice provides both inpatient consultation and outpatient pediatric neurology services and is a NAEC-accredited Level IV Pediatric Epilepsy Center, offering comprehensive neurological care across the continuum. The division includes more than 30 pediatric neurologists and advanced practioners who work in close collaboration with the Neurosurgery Division, which consists of four pediatric neurosurgeons.The call schedule and working environment are well balanced.
Applicants must be eligible for a California medical license and have completed pediatric neurology fellowship training. Candidates with advanced fellowship training in Neuromuscular, Headache, and Neurointensive Care are highly encouraged to apply. All well qualified candidates with an interest in General Child Neurology will be considered.
Academic & Research Opportunities
Clinical/translational research is strongly encouraged and supported, and all pediatric neurology faculty hold academic appointments at the University of California, Irvine. Teaching opportunities include medical students, pediatric residents, pediatric/adult neurology residents, and clinical neurophysiology fellows. Many faculty members have dual faculty appointments across a broad range of UCI departments.

PSF includes more than 500 physicians and advanced practice providers across 26 pediatric subspecialties, practicing primarily at Children’s Hospital of Orange County, a nationally recognized leader in pediatric care with hospitals in Orange and Mission Viejo. Salary Range:
Minimum: $216,300
Maximum: $281,190
