What you'll work on here

• Backend software engineering & infrastructure engineering to support the AI and agentic flows

• Owning and operating LLM-backed products in production at scale

• RAG/data ingestion pipelines

• Prompt engineering

• Model performance and evals

What you bring to the table

• You have 4+ years of software development experience

• You possess deep customer empathy, and have the desire to speak with customers and make product decisions

• You have a strong ability to learn new technologies and be productive in unfamiliar domains

• You're passionate about tasteful user experience

• Bonus points: You previously founded a startup. Extra bonus for a dev-tools startup
