About the role

What’s the role?We are looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Launch and Implementation to work on our Dining pod, who will support the successful rollout of Bilt's guest experience platform with restaurant and hospitality partners. This is an in-person, field-based role focused on training, launch execution, and hands-on support.
You'll work directly with restaurant teams, from GMs to ownership groups to ensure they feel confident, supported, and set up for a smooth and successful launch. You'll also serve as a real-time, first-line support resource during and after onboarding, escalating issues to the broader Dining Team when needed. Bilt partners with leading restaurants and hospitality groups to deliver a seamless guest experience that reflects the best of hospitality—high-touch, thoughtful, and operationally sound.
In this role, you will…
  • Lead on-site onboarding and training for restaurant staff and management
  • Provide complete training on Bilt's Exclusive Mobile Checkout and Guest Experience Platform; including guest experience flow, best practices and SOPs, and educate restaurant partners on the "why" they are partnering with Bilt
  • Support launch day execution, including manager and FOH team training, observing service, and coaching teams in real time to ensure a smooth experience for our restaurant partners and guests
  • Act as the first line of support for partners during launch and initial rollout, including monitoring and responding in Venue x Bilt group chats; escalating issues to the team as needed
  • Troubleshoot tech hiccups and operational questions calmly and resourcefully, and escalate when appropriate
  • Capture and share partner feedback when in venue; and share that feedback with the broader Dining Team
  • Identify roadblocks early and communicate clearly to keep launches on track
  • Represent Bilt's hospitality values in every interaction, building trust with operators and teams

In terms of qualification, we're seeking...
  • Appreciation for restaurant operations and the dining industry—you understand how service works and what teams need to succeed with a natural comfort being in a restaurant
  • A natural relationship builder who can connect with everyone from front-line staff to GMs to ownership groups
  • A smart, resourceful problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and help teams through inevitable launch-day hiccups
  • Strong hospitality instincts and the ability to represent Bilt professionally and warmly with partners
  • Comfort leading training and presenting to groups (pre-shifts, manager training, etc.) ● Comfortable using basic tools like Slack and Google Workspace
  • Preferred: prior restaurant experience; though not required
  • Bonus: familiarity with restaurant tech (POS systems, reservations, loyalty programs, or related tools)
  • This role is primarily in-person with restaurant partners; travel will be required

  • Commuter FSAs - We believe the best ideas come from being together in one place. We just don’t think getting there should be so expensive.

At Bilt Rewards, we believe in transparency and we do our best to make sure the company and our candidates are on the same page as it relates to compensation. In addition to posting salary ranges for our open roles, candidates should expect to be asked about compensation expectations and requirements early on in their interview process. Our goal is to highlight when expectations and Bilt’s salary range may be out of sync, and work with the candidate to determine whether it makes sense to continue conversations. We are considering candidates with differing levels of expertise for this position. Leveling will be based upon your experience and performance in the interview process.
Where a new hire falls within a range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Bilt's ban
