Senior Finance Analyst

We are searching for a strong Sr. Finance Analyst to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with the skills and knowledge to contribute new ideas and help improve the efficiency and productivity of our processes. Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting for assigned segments
• Manage risk and opportunities to annual budget, providing gap solve solutions where needed
• Lead monthly process of analyzing and communicating variance to plan drivers with partnership from operations and accounting
• Create and manage manufacturing plant budget
• Maintain forecast of capital expenses
• Manage cost improvement tasking by department to improve profitability
• Maintain ERP System and budgeting tool
• Analyze cost impacts and set standard cost practices in partnership with operation partners and manufacturing team
• Manage legal entity allocation structure to maintain both GAAP and non-GAAP P&Ls
• Partner with operations and plants/co-manufacturers for process improvement
• Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Maintain/implement controls in financial process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
• 2+years of work experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, investment banking, consulting and/or corporate finance
• Mastery of Excel and proven experience in building strong financial models required
• Advanced PowerPoint skills that enable a story-driven presentation with compelling and complete data communicated to the audience
• A self-starter who excels at driving outputs in a timely manner
• Ability to scrutinize underlying model assumptions on an ongoing basis
• Ability to develop analytical insight that will help grow the business as a “thought-partner” to business leaders to solve problems
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Project and time management skills
• Experience implementing or using financial budgeting software
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Fully Remote
• Travel requirement – 20%
