Subscriptions Operations Specialist
San Mateo, CA (collab/hybrid mode)

This role sits within the PlayStation Services team who are accountable for subscriptions globally. The Subscriptions Operations Specialist will operate in the revenue growth team, dedicated to driving customer value from PlayStations’ subscriptions.

The successful candidate will support the operational delivery of plans to drive growth from the PlayStation Plus subscriber base - driving upgrades of subscribers, engagement and mitigating downgrades of existing. You will be required to work with Services Trading and Insights teams to roll out activity with collaboration across a wide range of global teams outside of Services including Operations, Marketing, CEM and many more.

The candidate will also be responsible for optimizing operational processes, finding efficiencies in timelines and delivery, driving collaboration across PlayStation. They will work creatively to ensure the business can move swiftly to take advantage of commercial opportunities.
 

What you’ll be doing:

• Execute and deliver revenue growth business plans for PlayStation Plus and own the quarterly planning process, bringing together the Plus plans
• Be brilliant in A/B testing, reviewing and learning from results
• Managing the processes around promotions and campaigns, supporting at least two associate managers
• Collaborating with and managing stakeholders to support delivery across the wider global PlayStation business
• Communicating key milestones, risks, and opportunities
• Look for ways to change and improve the business operations
• Inform, involve, and share plans with both global functions and regional functions – with extra focus on APAC and Americas regions
• Collaboration with marketing and CEM teams to deploy trading plans

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
• Great collaborator to rally teams together behind initiatives
• Drive to improve on existing processes and not accept ‘good enough’ or ‘the norm’
• Passion for the gaming industry

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
