Healthie is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations (Department Lead, reporting to our COO), responsible for the strategy, execution, and alignment of revenue operations across the company. This team is specifically responsible for supporting the operations of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Business Development to drive revenue growth and streamline operations. You and your team will be responsible for Operations, Tools & Enablement, and Insights. 

We view Revenue Operations as the glue that ties all our departments together, in order to: 1) drive top line growth, 2) increase internal efficiencies, and 3) enable each team member to perform at their best.

Responsibilities: What you’ll be doing and held accountable for

Operations

  • Build a robust revenue operations quarterly roadmap plan across all aspects of the customer journey
  • Monitor and review Healthie’s sales funnel on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Conduct Pipeline and Account Review processes, which includes lead distribution
  • Provide Marketing Operations support for Growth and Product Marketing functions
  • Lead financial performance management, including administering compensation plans 
  • Launch Deal Desk function, along with Finance and Legal

Tools & Enablement

  • Lead existing tooling and systems roadmap, all in an effort to increase revenue and delight customers 
  • Recommend, implement, integrate, and manage updates to the tools our Business Team uses which currently consist of Salesforce, HubSpot, Vitally, AskNicely, PartnerStack, Stripe, Apollo, and more
  • Implement workflow automations to reduce administrative tasks for teams
  • Train internal growth and customer teams on new processes and tools
  • Onboard new team members into existing systems and workflows
  • Update documentation / internal wiki page across all elements of the RevOps function

Insights

  • Provide guidance on long-term strategic needs (revenue and headcount planning) for the revenue business
  • Build automation to forecast revenue call on a regular basis to Finance
  • Measure key data to measure effectiveness of projects across all departments (KPIs and OKRs)
  • Build Data Insights function over time

Qualifications: What we expect from you

  • You have a track record of success
    • 6+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations for a SaaS product
    • 4+ years of experience working on revenue tools
    • 4+ years hiring and developing a world-class team
    • 2+ years of experience in revenue enablement, training, and non-technical operations
  • Tools & Tech Experience
    • You have a strong knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot, and bonus if you have knowledge of Vitally, AskNicely, PartnerStack, Stripe, Apollo, Mixpanel, Zapier, etc.
    • You have working knowledge of out of the box and custom/API integrations and webhooks. You know how to actually build tooling, alongside a technical Business Systems Manager. 
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

    • You know how to partner alongside cross-functional Growth teams to provide the best employee and customer experiences possible.
