Brown & Brown is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Carpinteria, CA!
Summary:
We’re seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our team with clerical and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and service-oriented who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Monday–Thursday, 4 hours/day (flexible schedule)
How You Will Contribute:
Provide administrative support to management
Maintain office records, calendars, and supplies
Process data and update internal systems
Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail
Assist with company licensing and document tracking
Support office events and catering coordination
Perform other duties as needed
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
High school diploma or GED
6 months to 1 year of administrative or insurance office experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with AMS360 and ImageRight (preferred)
Comfortable navigating carrier rating sites

Pay Range
$24 - $24 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
