As the Senior Manager of CMO Planning, you will oversee 0–36-month plans for Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). And you will collaborate with the external manufacturing team to validate and deliver a comprehensive master plan. You will also serve as the primary supply chain liaison for external manufacturing operations.</p><p>Join our Supply Chain team and let's make a difference together.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Own the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan for CMOs, conducting monthly capacity analysis and escalating risks</p></li><li><p>Identify short- to mid-term capacity constraints and maintain planning assumptions and performance measures</p></li><li><p>Develop and track monthly capacity budgets with Finance</p></li><li><p>Own the Master Production Plan for CMOs, translating network plans into actionable schedules</p></li><li><p>Align production schedules with region planners and material planning teams</p></li><li><p>Adjust CMO schedules in response to demand or supply changes</p></li><li><p>Lead Supply Review processes, ensuring clear communication and alignment on plan changes</p></li><li><p>Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Global Distribution, Logistics, and External Manufacturing</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the Sr. E2E Product Planning Manager to address recurring production adherence issues</p></li><li><p>Support execution tasks to ensure smooth material flow and proactively mitigate deviations</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills & Competencies</b></p><ul><li><p>Education: A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field</p></li><li><p>Certifications: APICS certification, CPIM, or Lean certification is preferred but not required</p></li><li><p>Experience: Minimum of 5 years in supply and production planning, with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry</p></li><li><p>Analytical Skills: Ability to generate insights from both quantitative and qualitative analysis</p></li><li><p>Autonomy: Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations</p></li><li><p>Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present analysis</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in adapting communication style to engage stakeholders at various organizational levels</p></li><li><p>Technical Proficiency: Proficient in data software such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, etc.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>If you thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment, we’d love to hear from you!</p><p></p><p><b>Why this role</b><br/>This role offers the chance to drive impactful capacity and production planning in the pharmaceutical industry, working with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges.
