Program Integrator, Senior

OVERVIEW:

Eleccion is seeking a senior Program Integrator to provide programmatic support to our client. This program seeks solutions for future technological mission challenges and requires program integration support to ensure programmatic continuity and assist with driving team deliverables. The successful candidate must demonstrate initiative and be able to work independently with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate may coordinate with team members and stakeholders on deliverables, activities, and requirements, including tracking, delegating, and coordinating tasks via the client’s tasking and tracking system. Candidate must be task and time driven, assisting the client with managing a variety of program updates and milestones. Candidate may also be responsible for coordinating meetings or events, to include agenda and content, speakers, and invitations. Financial background is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree with 14 years of experience; Master’s degree with 12 years of experience; PhD with 9 years of experience.
• Record of accomplishment supporting a client with planning, tracking and implementation of team goals or tasks
• Forward-leaning approach toward supporting clients
• Ability to build strong client relationships and ability to manage multiple requirements
• High-level expertise with the MS Office suite of tools
• Familiarity with Hive, OneNote, and/or Sharepoint
• Ability to work with a team to understand and support technical requirements
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of stakeholders

All candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph.
