LAUNCH Rotational Program Associate

LAUNCH is Albemarle's rotational program for recent graduates designed to accelerate professional experience and propel participants towards future success. 

Through this program, you will: 

• Develop your professional skills while completing assignments across multiple business units and/or functional areas

JOB DESCRIPTION 

The LAUNCH Associate position on the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team will help support the team’s operational effectiveness by supporting processes and advancing a set of improvement initiatives. The Albemarle S&OP team owns/leads the planning process, partnering closely with the Business/Product Managers, Sales, Finance and Manufacturing teams to ensure we are executing strongly to optimal outcomes. This includes tasks such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, scenario planning, consensus meetings, as well as continuous improvement efforts on our process/tools.
