What you will do

• Champion the cause of our clients by leading execution of projects in Data & Analytics; and help build lasting relationships.
• Lead interactions with our client teams to understand their business processes, aspirations, challenges and develop plans for effective Data Analytics based solutions.
• Challenge existing processes / ways-of-working and develop improved / innovative solutions with clear ROI
• Prepare viable and efficient plans for project execution
• Actively manage execution of Data Analytics projects with activities including, but not limited to:

  o Manage regular project scrum processes with Adaptfy & client project teams
  o Lead projects and client interactions.
  o Setup and facilitate need based workshops, meetings & interviews with client stakeholders.
  o Monitor & manage project progress, delivery risks, and ensure project completes on time, within budget and the full scope is delivered.
  o Trouble shoot & help manage challenges faced by the team.
  o Ensure effective & timely communication with all stakeholders.
  o Take ownership of project governance and adherence to execution plans.

• Lead a cross cultural and multi-skilled team of solution architects, functional experts, Data & Analytics developers to design and implement effective solutions
• Partner clients in adoption of the developed solutions to derive business process improvements and ROI
• Have a willingness to travel as needed for client projects.
• Support sales efforts via preparation of proposals, case studies and client presentations

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of experience in delivery of data analytics based solutions, with 1+ years at a project lead level.
• A degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.); and / or MBA.
• Experience in Data Project Management, with knowledge of best practices and frameworks.
• Experience with Agile (including DevOps) way of working and running scrum teams, either as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Experience in managing stakeholders across clients, peers, and supervisors.
• Consulting bent of mind, with strong business acumen, problem solving abilities and quantitative aptitude.
• Experience in delivery of analytics solutions in cloud computing environments.
• Knowledge of Basic level programming skills in SQL.
• Awareness of Data & Analytics solution concepts and current trends on Data Warehousing, BI, Reporting, Data Science and AI.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written); fluent in English. Knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
• Ability to innovate and deal with a constantly changing environment.
