Must have 3  years of combined military/law Enforcement / Correctional Officer Experience

Must have at least 1 year of Security Experience 

Must be able to work outside in the elements

As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will also interact with individuals on site, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding access control protocols. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points within the facility.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
