We’re looking for an intern/management trainee to help us grow and strengthen The Fresh Market business! This position is best suited for college juniors and graduating seniors who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential. We’re looking for someone who strives for excellence and brings positive energy, commitment and a “can-do” attitude to work every day. We value teamwork and celebrate our successes as a team!

The Fresh Market Summer Internship/Management Trainee program will last 12 weeks between the months of May and August
About The Location
New Orleans Market
About The Intern/Management Trainee
- Junior or Senior class standing
- Previous experience in management or similar/relevant field preferred, but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude focused on guest and team
- Effective communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
