You will have the opportunity to minimize patient workflow interruption by maximizing uptime through shared expertise and optimized operational frameworks. This includes delivering subject matter expertise on critical enterprise capabilities in cooperation with businesses and regions.
Your role:
Assist with tasks related to the publication and announcement of Field Change Orders (FCO).
Support Emergency Care (EC) complaint handling to gather information, where required:
Gain data and feedback from FSEs on complaint related work orders that are being explored
Handle escalated issues with a focus on delivering swift, accurate resolutions and maintaining high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
Enable data-based decision making for management, where possible.
Identify and promote adoption of existing, as well as innovative best practices.
You are a part of
Services Enablement Team – Services Operations Standards department, where we are responsible for shaping and deploying shared aspirations for service delivery across Philips to provide unparalleled support to our customers. This position is part of our FCO Central Entity team, located in Lodz, Poland, and reporting directly to the Head of Services Operations Standards.
You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience:
High school diploma, vocational education.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, service operations, or equivalent.
Experience with ServiceMax &/or SAP preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English, second language is beneficial).
Awareness and sensitivity to global support needs requiring the need to swiftly act and respond accordingly.
Focus on lean thinking to make processes optimally efficient and effective.
Excellent ability to quickly learn.
Commitment toward professional growth and development.
Ability to effectively collaborate across levels, departments, organizations, and geographies.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, as well as being a motivated team player.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a timely fashion, with minimum instruction and supervision.
Organized, structured, and self-motivated.
