that allow the organization to achieve its goals</p> </li> <li> <p>Program Management and Coordination: Coordinating and overseeing multiple related projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and improve overall performance</p> </li> <li> <p>Learning Solution Design:  Creating, building, and delivering engaging learning materials and experiences based on science, including leveraging skill taxonomies, content libraries and programmatic templates</p> </li> <li> <p>Facilitation Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation abilities to engage learners in virtual and in-person environments

Working collaboratively on learning projects, you’ll lead the delivery of development solutions that drive both individual growth and organizational success across our global teams. Our business moves fast, and you equip them at the pace they need. </p> <p><strong><strong>What You’ll be Doing </strong></strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Working with teams to identify needs: Conduct learning needs assessments by partnering with functional leaders, teams and people partners to identify skill gaps and development opportunities</p> </li> <li> <p>Creating tailored learning solutions: Leverage the Learning team’s portfolio of solutions and Udemy’s extensive course library and platform capabilities to curate experiences that align with organizational and functional needs</p> </li> <li> <p>Providing global programmatic support: Coordinate learning initiatives that maintain consistency across regions while adapting to local functional needs. You will move fast to deliver solutions to internal stakeholder.</p> </li> <li> <p>Connecting learning with business impact: Design measurement into your solutions from the start by tracking metrics that matter that tie back to business strategy </p> </li> <li> <p>Measuring impact: You will work with the L&amp;OD to design skills-uplift solutions so we can create a future-ready-workforce.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong><strong>What you’ll have</strong></strong></p> <p>While this work is based more on the skills a person has, than what they have done, we think a typical profile could include the following: </p> <ul> <li> <p>7+  years of experience in learning and development, organizational development or related consulting roles </p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated experience in conducting needs analyses and translating business requirements into learning solutions </p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with online learning platforms and content curation (Udemy experience preferred) </p> </li> <li> <p>Understanding of adult learning principles and learning experience design</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to design skills-uplift solutions and measure impact quickly</p> <
