Paid Social Associate

Overview

We’re excited to be looking for a Paid Social Associate to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. Reporting to our Senior Growth Marketing Associate, you’ll work with a collaborative in-house performance marketing team where you’ll gain exposure to how your channel works with others and directly understand how it drives the business. 

You’re perfect for this role if you’re eager to learn, excited to brainstorm and collaborate with teams, and interested in developing an understanding of channels outside of paid social.

This role is based in Brooklyn, NY, and we have a 2 days in/3 days remote schedule.

What you’ll do

• Upload ads on diverse platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc
• Recommend new strategies based on data analysis and testing outcomes
• Assist in reviewing assets and providing recommended optimizations and feedback
• Collaborate cross-functionally by submitting briefs to the Creative and Influencer teams for assets across all platforms 
• Present weekly performance and creative insights to our Growth Marketing Manager, Director of Growth Marketing, & Analytics team 
• Engage in vendor collaborations and support in relaying feedback/communication
• Share monthly creative reporting with the Marketing and Creative teams to provide insights on top-performing creatives and initiatives  
• Build out new campaigns and execute A/B split tests
• Perform QA and Ad ops before launching campaigns 
• Stay current on digital marketing best practices and industry standards

We're looking for someone who brings

• 0-2  years of growth marketing experience (relevant internships count!) 
• A general understanding of marketing KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, CVR, etc.)
• Proficiency in Google Slides, Sheets/Excel 
• Experience with paid social ad platforms 
• An excitement to work closely with a team 
• An eagerness to learn 
• Experience with Looker or reporting tools (is a plus!) 
• Experience in working with a creative team and briefing/sharing feedback (is a plus!) 
• An understanding of ad hoc analyses related to creative, account structure, etc. (is a plus!)

Compensation & Benefits

At Brooklinen, our goal is to offer a competitive total compensation package which we determine based on specific market data taking into account our company size, stage, industry, and location. The base salary range for this role is $60K.

Beyond base salary, we contribute significantly to offset the cost of health benefits, offer a 401K with a 4% Safe Harbour match, grant a $1K annual wellness bonus, have commuter benefits, and also provide a yearly product allowance. 

We have 14 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for all new parents, year-long Summer Fridays, a workday that starts at 10 am, four weeks of vacation, and a one-month paid sabbatical at your 5th anniversary.
