Job Description 

The Maintenance team members are responsible for performing general basic maintenance duties. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to watering batters, swapping battering to forklifts, keep preventative maintenance records, routinely must check items such as hydraulic fluid levels, vehicle batteries, and tire condition, general conditions of machines, drive control, steering and brakes. Maintenance team members must adhere to the guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear employee handbook. 

Compensation

$19.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Please note that the schedule may be subject to change based on business needs during the first 90 days of employment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery including forklift, pallet jacks, and stock chasers. (requires certification)
• Preventative maintenance records
• Follow & commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, production, & efficiency.
• Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages to supervisor.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center.
• Monitor and train new hires to ensure optimal productivity and quality.
• Follows all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.
• Acts professionally and remains focused – contributing to a culture and environment focused on a safe working environment.
