In this role, you will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events while ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including corporate functions, conferences, and client engagements.

• Manage event logistics, vendor communications, and scheduling.

• Prepare event materials, coordinate on-site setups, and ensure smooth execution.

• Support budgeting, tracking, and reporting for events.

• Provide administrative support to the events team as needed.

• Maintain strong client and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management software is a plus.

• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
