Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates working understanding of source documentation and able to adapt to various accounting and financial recording systems (CRM and SAP).

• Applies working knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial close processes, controls, and financial statement preparation to daily work.

• Prepares more complex journal entries.

• Reviews complex transactions and prepares reconciliations, adhering to compliance standards.

• Develops and creates process workflow and streamlines various accounting processes for tracking and reporting.

• Assists with Revenue Recognition Accounting guidance 606 close activities.

• Assists in testing and implementing project related work.

• Assists in SOX testing and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.

• Revenue Recognition guidance and Public Accounting experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, pivot tables and complex formulas.

• SAP CRM BW & QlikView experience preferred.

• Self-motivated, team player with the desire to improve upon existing processes and procedures.

• Attention to detail as well as the ability to see the big picture and the ability to prioritize and meet timelines under pressure while producing accurate results.
