Sr. Technical Product Specialist

Overview

This position sits within the Digital Transformation and Technology department. The individual will be a member of an agile team responsible for digital solutions that enable procurement for the Supply Chain function. As Chick-fil-A continues to experience rapid business growth, our digital solutions will reduce complexity and unlock new capabilities to facilitate procurement processes, inform strategic decision making and fuel Supply Chain Transformation.

 

This role will partner closely with Supply Chain to enable and unlock the next generation of Supply Chain capabilities as part of Chick-fil-A’s Supply Chain Transformation. The individual will provide technical guidance to the agile team regarding data integrations, system testing and implementation, and feature development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary representative of technical needs in sprint backlog prioritization and requirements discussions.
• Works to maximize the business value delivered by the team in each development sprint. Ensures that user stories, themes, and epics are written, refined, and clearly define a universal definition of done.
• Supports the immediate needs of the development team as they arise by being fully available to the team.
• Coordinates user acceptance testing and all necessary external validation efforts.
• Attends all team retrospectives and assists with driving continuous improvement across the team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience working within an Agile development team.
• Experience with system integrations.
• Experience with AWS, Postman, SQL, application monitoring tools.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Self-starter who completes responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the QSR industry
• Experience with AWS, Postman, SQL, application monitoring tools
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Certified Scrum Professional – Product Owner
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
