This Program Manager role specifically supports our stunning Talent Acquisition function.

In this role:
- You’re a business partner to TA leadership and main stakeholders - You are a strategic thought partner and align their goals and objectives to an actionable plan to help them succeed.
- You’re a consultant - You use first principles thinking to actively question every assumption you may have to any given challenge or opportunity to fully understand the recruiting teams needs and preferences.
- You’re a project manager - You can design, plan and deliver on strategic initiatives with your strong project management skills.
- You’re a problem solver- You can research and resolve any problem that comes your way with recommendations or creative solutions.
- You’re a process designer - You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identity and map the various touchpoints and interactions of the candidate experience.
- You’re a user researcher - You conduct research and gather insights into the needs, behaviors and preferences of TA stakeholders and leaders to inform and improve their experiences.
- You’re a visualizer - You are an expert at creating journey maps of the different Netflix people's experiences and enabling different roles to be effective by creating and maintaining critical visualizations and documentation.
- You’re a presenter - You can build strong, polished, and engaging presentations and comfortably deliver them to leaders and stakeholders.
- You’re an effective communicator and collaborator - You are an active listener and can simplify and summarize complex challenges and work within the team and across the business to make recommendations to leadership.
- You’re a change agent - You are continuously looking for opportunities to streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and proactively design solutions to support long-term success as we scale.
- You’re agile - You are able to move from strategy to execution and adjust to the role you may play depending on the business need.
We want someone who is:
- 5-7 years of complex operations experience (e.g. supply chain) with a strong preference for program management and consulting experience in the Talent Acquisition space
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a story with insights and trends
- Proactive and contributive; takes the initiative and follows-through reliably
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a speedy learner
- Strong project and program manager who can hold others accountable
- A motivated self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing business needs
- Strong presentation skills who can build engaging decks and tell a story
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills to connect the dots and share the impact of your recommendation
