Bolton Romania - Product Manager Personal Care

We are looking for a Product Manager – Personal Care to join our marketing team in our Bolton Romania based in Bucharest.

This position is crucial in supporting the Sales & Marketing Director in developing the marketing and trade strategies for out personal care products within the Romanian market.

 

How your agenda looks like:

• Manage the Product Assortment:
  • Develop the artworks and assure the labels are complaint with Romanian legislation;
  • Manage stickering processes, special packs wrapping and corresponding budgets ;
  • New product launches: develop presentations for Distributors and for the Trade, consumers’ activation launch plans, 3 years volumes and P&L forecasts, PR  Kits for the Trade;
  • Updates and adjustments for Monthly & Yearly Forecasts together with sales team;
  • Creation of promotional SKUs and dedicated items for specific Retailers.
• Data analysis and reporting:
  • Monthly Sell-In analysis per ranges & items;
  • Quarterly analysis, reports and presentations of Nielsen Sell-Out data ;
  • National & specific promotions sales reactivity analysis;
  • Competition monitoring, reports and presentations on quarterly basis or when needed: new products,  prices, promotions,  in-store activations, pricing, media and social media activities.
• In-store & out-of-store marketing activities:
  • Develop the POSMs and gadgets for each brand, monitor their usage;
  • Development and adjustments on yearly basis, together with sales team, of the planograms for each category / brand, present and align with the distributors, monitor the implementation;
  • In-store activations: tastings, sampling, TMA campaigns; monitor and evaluate the results;
  • Development, implementation and evaluation of Out-of-Store and PR activities: brands’ events, outdoor, indoor, sponsorships, sampling.
• Communication:
  • TV, Digital and social media copy adaptations and post production;
  • Maintenance and updates for brands’ websites and Romanian Social Media Brands’ pages;
  • Analysis and reports for SEA and Social Media brands posts.
• Marketing & Trade Marketing Budget Management:
  • Prepare the marketing and trade marketing budgets, monthly monitoring;
