Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Junior Copywriter & Content Specialist fluent in Italian and English, with an additional third language as a bonus to join our Corporate Communication team in Milan, Italy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in crafting engaging content for diverse platforms, including social media, corporate speeches, and various communication materials (brochures, press releases, presentations, emails, etc.).

 

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms (both internal and external), ensuring consistency with corporate messaging and tone;
• Develop impactful corporate speeches, presentations, and communication materials aligned with the Company's vision and strategy;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute innovative content strategies;
• Adapt content for different audiences and platforms while maintaining the Company voice and identity.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Italian and English, additional language proficiency is a plus;
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in copywriting, preferably within the FMCG industry;
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive and creative content;
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
• Proven ability to manage interpersonal relationships with different kinds of stakeholders;
