Your job
As our Team Lead Destination Manager, you’ll guide and inspire a growing team within our dynamic Network department. Reporting directly to the Head of Network, you will oversee supplier management activities, strengthen key partnerships, and lead expansion efforts. Beyond managing your own supplier portfolio, you'll mentor and support your team, ensuring we deliver the highest service standards and meet ambitious growth targets. Exploring new markets and driving operational excellence is second nature to you; you've done it before, and you're ready to lead others to do the same.
Your profile
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of Destination Managers, fostering collaboration, development, and performance. Set clear goals, provide feedback, and support your team’s success.
- Own Your Portfolio: Oversee a portfolio of suppliers within your designated regions, negotiating optimal terms, ensuring quality, and securing availability.
- Build & Grow Partnerships: Drive the acquisition, selection, and onboarding of new partners. Guide your team in building a strong, scalable supplier network.
- Launch New Markets: Lead your team through successful market entries, creating strategies and frameworks to ensure sustainable growth in new regions.
- Stay Ahead on Compliance: Maintain a clear focus on legal and regulatory compliance in all regions, ensuring the team's activities meet all required standards.
- Market Insights: Collect and analyse supplier and market data, providing actionable insights to the Head of Network and wider business to inform strategic decisions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine workflows and strategies within your team to boost efficiency, scalability, and impact.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar field or role, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Fluent in English, other languages are a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in supplier management, negotiations, and relationship building.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
