HR Internship (non-thesis): Support Talent Sourcing and Support Team

Introduction to the job

Are you a bachelor or master student in Human Resource Management, Communication, Psychology, or any related field? Are you pro-active and interested in recruitment? Do you have affinity in the high tech industry, like to organize internal events and handle administrative work with great attention to detail? Then this internship might be interesting for you!
 

Background information

The Sourcing and Support Team is part of the Recruitment department of ASML Netherlands and is responsible for the recruitment of both interns, early career employees, and senior experienced professionals. At ASML, we highly value students and early career employees, where talent can develop themselves. In our ASML headquarter (in Veldhoven) we host over 500 interns and graduation students each year, mostly with a technical background. We also focus more and more on the recruitment of early career employees within the company.
 

Your assignment

In general, your tasks will include:

• Talent pooling/sourcing for Software & Data;

• Taking part in improvement projects (example topic: utilizing AI for talent pooling/recruitment or other relevant recruitment topics the student is interested in);

• Manage available recruitment sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Visage, CRM system;

• Create inclusive & compelling content for candidate outreach templates;

• Involved in ad hoc projects (organize team building activity, side internal and external projects);

• Create stakeholder management communication plan.
   

Your Profile

To be a perfect match with this internship, you:

• Are a bachelor or master student in Human Resource Management, Communication, Psychology, or any related field;

• Have knowledge in using Recruitment ATS systems (Workday, LinkedIn, etc.);

• Have knowledge in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.);

• Are fluent in English (verbally and in written), have good communication skills and a can-do attitude;

• Have a genuine interest in recruitment, hands on mentality and solution oriented mindset.

This is a bachelor or master internship suitable for apprentice with a duration of 6-12 months, starting date to be determined.
Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship.
