Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong business acumen to provide strategic direction to our Cancer Center, including palliative and spiritual care.

What you’ll do:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction to the service line

• Infrastructure Development: Create an infrastructure that enhances clinical and financial outcomes

• Patient Satisfaction: Assure high quality patient satisfaction and service

• Market Growth: Facilitate market growth while attracting and maintaining highly qualified employees and providers

What you'll need:

• Masters degree in a related field

• Minimum of 3-4 years of leadership experience in healthcare, 1 year prior management experience in an integrated healthcare system desired.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
