Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.  Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location in Atlanta, GA.

The Project Manager is responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems with moderate guidance through all phases of the project delivery life cycle for small to medium projects of varying levels of complexity in support of corporate goals.

How you will make an impact:

• Manages the development of prescribed planning documents.

• Develops project charters.

• Develops and executes communication management plan.

• Define project team roles and responsibilities.

• Develops, manages, and/or updates project plans, schedules, and/or deployment plans.

• Leads project related scheduled and ad hoc meetings.

• Identifies, documents, and prioritizes scope changes and facilitates approval process. 

• Maintains and updates all project documents.

• Identifies and coordinates with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to achieve project goals.

• Sets and manages expectations with internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintains issue logs and/or facilitates resolution of issues.

• Reports status of reports.

• Tracks and manages time and budget against plan.

• Develops testing strategy.

• Conducts project close-out activities.

• Prepares and participates in quality review checkpoints.

• Obtains/secures and archives necessary approvals.

Minimum Requirements:

BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years professional project management experience, which at least 2 years are spent leading and directing project tasks; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Demonstrated ability to create an effective team environment, build strong relationships, solving problems and issues in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization highly preferred.

• Experience working in a lead role on one or more projects highly preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
