ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide business and system support to the NA Organization

• Monitor and follow-up on billing activities of IT products to inter-companies (debit and credit notes per request, billing details)

• Facilitate and support MAHLE economic planning process (follow up with managers, to analize expenses trends and help calculate product prices)

• Monitor Time reports and hours tracking for the IT department

• Handles special projects as assigned

• Review and update work instructions as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Actively enrolled in an accredited college or university seeking a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• Must have excellent planning, organizing, and communication skills

• Strong analytical and financial analysis abilities

• Capacity to learn and apply new tools and concepts

• Knowledge of current principles of accounting, finance and audit principles

• Ability to manage complex processes

• Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office applications

  • Must have excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros

• ​​​​​​​Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse or other ERP systems is a plus
