They collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and ensure accurate reporting. This role provides expert guidance during implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet these requirements</li> <li>Facilitate interaction with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements</li> <li>Develop test strategies and manage large complex test efforts</li> <li>Business process design and system analysis</li> <li>Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities</li> <li>Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules</li> <li>Budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning</li> <li>May manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7 + years SAP ECC and S/4HANA Controlling experience</li> <li>4+ years Dassian PACE design and implementation experience</li> <li>SAP Finance subject matter expertise in end-to-end Product costing processes including Material Ledger functionality with integration points with other modules like Project Systems, Payroll, Materials Management and Finance</li> <l
