Enterprise Technical Project Manager

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking an Enterprise Technical Project Manager for a hybrid position in Newark, OH.

• Leading complex, enterprise-wide IT projects from initiation through delivery and serves as primary contact between the project/production team, project sponsor and vendor(s) throughout the process.
• Plan, execute, and finalize large-scale IT projects, including software implementations, system upgrades, cloud migration, and infrastructure overhauls
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structure
• Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Collaborate with technical teams (software developers, engineers, and system architects) to ensure alignment of project objectives with technical capabilities and resources
• Facilitate technical discussions and provide guidance on enterprise-level IT standards
• Work closely with business units, technical teams and external partners to understand project requirements, dependencies, and priorities
• Ensure consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing project updates, progress reports, and addressing concerns
• Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle
