Bookkeeper (Quickbooks) Managed IT Service

We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience. This role supports day-to-day bookkeeping, AP/AR, invoicing, and reconciliations. Experience in a service-based business and familiarity with MSP billing is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)

· Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

· Manage Accounts Payable (AP): vendor bills, coding, payments

· Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): invoices, payments, customer follow-ups

· Assist with recurring invoicing + project billing

· Support monthly reporting: P&L, balance sheet, AR/AP aging

· Help coordinate with CPA for month-end and year-end needs

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

· Prior work in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment

· Experience with Autotask PSA (ticketing / agreements / billing workflows)

· Familiarity with third-party billing or payment platforms (e.g., Alternative Payments)

· Experience supporting recurring revenue (MRR) billing models

Requirements

· 3+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience

· Strong QuickBooks proficiency

· Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills

· High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism

Benefits
