Bookkeeper (Xero Specialist)

• Manage accounts payable processes and bill payment workflows
  

• Process payroll for all team members
  

• Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  

• Develop and maintain budgeting systems, focusing on wage percentages and cost control
  

• Monitor and analyze cash flow, tracking all incoming and outgoing funds
  

• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping tasks using Xero
  

• Prepare financial insights and reports to support strategic decision-making
  

• Proven experience using Xero accounting software (worldwide accounting platform)
  

• Strong bookkeeping background with a solid understanding of accounting principles
  

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup
  

• Xero certification preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
  

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
