Vendor Compliance Intern - Global Supply Chain

Calling all rising sophomore, junior, and senior undergraduate students! We are currently seeking a superstar Vendor Compliance Intern to join the Global Supply Chain team for Summer 2025.

What You’ll Do: 

• This an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in the field of supply chain; an actively growing industry. All assignments add value both to our company and to your development as a professional.
• This position will be working with the Vendor Compliance team in Global Supply Chain and will be tasked primarily for the success of one capstone project related to Vendor Compliance documents. You will be responsible for the end-to-end success of the project by defining the project, creating the project plan, and successfully executing your plan and delivering your project back to the business owner by the end of your internship. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the Global Supply Chain Vendor Compliance team on key capstone project delivery along with growing one’s knowledge within TechStyle’s supply chain and industry wide.
• Actively engage with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful implementation of your project.
• Demonstrate a high level of intellectual curiosity and think outside existing processes and models to provide ad-hoc analysis and deeper exploration as appropriate on issues that can have a high impact on the organization's ability to manage costs and drive profits.

Who You Are:

• Ideally pursuing a degree in the area of Supply Chain or Business/Operations Management.

• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, intellectually curious and organized.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong team player with customer service orientation who assists without being asked.

The Intern Gig: We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company. Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain real work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the duration of the internship assignment.

Our summer internship program will be in our El Segundo, CA headquarters and will run for 10 weeks from June 16th-August 22nd. We operate on a hybrid work schedule where employees must be willing and able to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. We will not be considering remote or non-local applicants at this time.

The hourly range for this position is $18.00-$22.00. The hourly rate offered will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.
