The following posting is a pipeline requisition, meant to accumulate candidates who have or will have graduated in December 2025 – August 2026. Qualified applicants will be contacted in concert with the approval and publication of identical, approved positions within HP, Inc.

The Team
HP’s Supply Chain Organization is at the heart of one of the world’s most sustainable and just technology companies.
As a member of the HP Supply Chain Rotation program cohort, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the supply chain, while applying the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model to optimize our processes and gaining a holistic end-to-end view of the Supply Chain organization.
The rotation program will consist of 4 six-month rotation assignments that can include projects in different areas of the organization’s headquarters in Spring (Houston), Texas. Following graduation from the two-year program, the individual will have the opportunity to work with their current team or move to another area of the organization, equipped with advanced knowledge and skills to make an immediate impact.
The rotation program is available for students who are in both Engineering and Business degree programs. Rotations available will include assignments and tasks in the areas of Planning, Sourcing (i.e., Procurement), Manufacturing Operations Support (Make), Logistics (Deliver), Returns and Order Fulfillment, Sustainability and Digital Transformation. Tasks and assignments will vary with each new Supply Chain rotation assignment.
The selected candidate will gain and be equipped with the Supply Chain fundamentals to grow an inspiring career in Supply Chain.
