Job Description

Responsible for all finance-related support for service category partners and leaders including forecast/actuals/budget, financial analysis of investment opportunities, contract analysis and negotiation support, and service category strategy development. Requires strong business planning, analysis, communications, teamwork, and leadership/influence skills.

Job Qualifications

Business strategy & planning:

• Planning

• Firm process leadership and coordination

• Forecast consolidation and Risk & Ops identification

• Partner with SL to identify/achieve cost savings

• Senior Management communication for Firm/ Quarterly Forecasts

• Restatement execution owner

• Reporting

• Dollar spending/ actuals

• Enrollment status

• Variance analysis and recommendations to adjust plans

• Full Service Cost Management

• Coordinate service area total portfolio and leadership meetings

• Provide support to assess and validate savings ideas

• Strategy

• Yearly strategy renewal process owner

BUSINESS ANALYSIS

• Projects/ Programs

• NPV analysis

• Assumption validation

• Validate Program/Project benefits for GBS Enabled Savings reporting

• Portfolio/ Vertical

• Ad hoc portfolio financial analysis

BUSINESS PROCESS EXCELLENCE

• Cost center hierarchy change owner

• Manage enrollment changes (adjustments to targets, restatements)

• Hierarchy and master data maintenance (CC's, WBS)
