1+ year acute/hospital experience (2+ years preferred)
- 12 hours (7a-7p or 7p-7a)
- Three 12 hour shifts per week (total of 36 hours)
- 4 WE and 3 holidays (rotating between 3 tracks)
- No call requirement
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THE FOLLOWING SITES:
The Resource Nursing Assistant position for Wake's Resource Team requires floating to the following facilities: Baptist, Alleghany Health , Hugh Chatham, Wilkes
Pay Range
$20.80 - $31.20Major Responsibilities:
- Assists RN with daily care of patients including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity orders and ambulation which may include use of therapeutic assistive devices, proper positioning, range of motion and special transferring as indicated.
- Measures and documents blood pressures, TPRs (Temperature, Pulse, Respiration), I & O (Intake and Output), daily weights
