The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

Role Overview:

This individual will be engaged in a large-scale full implementation of S4/HANA across the RTX organization and will require a in-depth experience in SAP application security with emphasis on GTS, EWM, MDG, BW, ARIBA, BTP in addition to GRC Process Controls.  The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in deploying all aspects of ERP security design, build, test, and go-live. In addition, this individual will work with the application owners, develop and support security priorities, create and maintain standards and procedures.    

What You Will Do: ​ 

• Support the design and implementation of an SAP Security solution involving information security and compliance needs.
• Support and lead the SAP Security & Compliance team.
• Strong understanding of SAP Authorization concept.  
• Work with Identity and Access Management Principles (Least privilege access, RBAC and UI masking).  
• Gather requirements to drive the overall design and processes related to the ERP Transformation Project.  
• Perform the configuration, build and support testing / go-live activities for all relevant ERP applications (GTS, EWM, MDG, BW, ARIBA and BTP).
• Act as a liaison between IT, Internal and External Audit teams and functional business stakeholders to ensure ERP systems meet regulations, policies and compliance requirements.   
• Work with appropriate stakeholders to automate provisioning process leveraging available IAM, GRC and IAG solutions.  
• Must be willing and able to travel 25 - 50% of the time as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
• 7+ years’ experience applying SAP security features and best practices.
• Experience in performing security assessments, identifying issues and developing security solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
• An understanding of key DoD requirements around DFARS/ NIST.
• Hands-on S/4HANA implementation experience with security and compliance tools.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP Security and Compliance arena covering Role Based Access Controls and UI Masking (GTS, BW, MDG, EWM, Ariba, BTP) in addition to GRC PC.
• Experience providing technical security expertise into complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous networked environments in collaboration with the business teams.
