We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, and creative showcases. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Events Manager and internal teams to coordinate logistics, manage schedules, and ensure seamless event delivery from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating on-site and off-site events

• Manage vendor communication and logistics

• Prepare materials, signage, and supplies for events

• Help with setup and breakdown of event spaces

• Support in maintaining event calendars and timelines

• Ensure smooth registration, check-in, and guest experiences

• Coordinate internal communication and task management

• Monitor and track post-event feedback and reporting

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

• 1–2 years of experience in event planning or administrative support

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours during event dates

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project coordination tools
