Please review the following job description:

Responsible for executing and driving business transformation initiatives on behalf of WP executive leadership. Leverages subject matter expertise and leadership skills to design and execute a broad array of business initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring that sales team is well prepared and equipped to engage with clients and prospects, driving revenue growth.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time. 

1.    Plays an integral role in supporting the Commercialization team to help drive the growth of all WP business and product lines.  
2.    With limited supervision and direction, performs tasks assigned and managed by senior business staff aligned to strategic business initiatives, transformation / integration efforts, resource planning, and process improvement.  
3.    Create or coordinate the messaging for industry conferences, including presentations, collateral, and speaking engagements. 
4.    Delivers analytical support, execution support and management of projects and programs that help drive the business, working closely with a variety of partners.    
5.    Develops executive level business case proposals and presentations, as well as process maps, and other types of communication tools and content. 
6.    Able to construct and manage project plans, identifying and managing stakeholders, and providing base level subject matter expertise to project teams. 
7.    Demonstrates an ability to develop insights that help improve analysis, presentations, processes, or other aspects of business execution. 
8.    For assigned tasks, able to problem solve and identify effective execution paths in the face of ambiguity. 
9.    Helps direct Analysts, ensuring the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of Analyst work. 
10.    Develops and maintains effective internal working relationships across the bank.
11.    Applies solid risk management skills in complex risk environment.
 

Required Qualifications:

1.    Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and related training or experience 
2.    At least 7-10 years of related work experience 
3.    Expert/proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word 
4.    Advanced skills in written and oral communications, and interpersonal relationship management 
5.    Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
 

Preferred Qualifications:

1.    Experience in Wholesale Payments solutions or cash management environment
