How You’ll Help Us Connect the World

As a Field Sales Support Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our sales teams with prospecting and qualifying leads, helping them close deals and drive revenue growth. This role will be based in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

 

You Will Make an Impact By

• Assist sales teams with prospecting and qualifying leads through research, phone calls and e-mail outreach.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential customers and leads.
• Create and send targeted e-mail campaigns to potential customers.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity.
• Provide administrative support to sales teams, including quote and customer service outreach.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to sales teams.

 

Required Qualifications for Consideration

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master’s degree in Information Technology/Administration, Network Administration, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
