We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and collaborative Staffing Coordinator to join our Nursing Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy organizing systems that keep everything running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

A Day in the Life
As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll oversee the scheduling of our Nursing Department team members and ensure we’re staffed to deliver excellent care. You’ll manage the payroll process, maintain accurate records, and serve as a point of communication between nursing leadership, HR, and finance. You’ll be the steady hand that keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, some weekends.

How This Position Contributes to our Mission
• Create and manage accurate nursing schedules in accordance with policies and census needs.
• Monitor and report staff coverage daily, maintaining compliance with staffing targets.
• Enter, review, and maintain payroll data for nursing staff, working closely with HR and Finance.
• Track and record team member leave, trades, and attendance in alignment with established procedures.
• Foster strong relationships with team members and leadership to promote a culture of collaboration and respect.

Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in scheduling/payroll in a healthcare setting required.
• Associate’s degree in business or healthcare-related field or current SRNA certification required.
• Experience with electronic payroll systems (e.g., Dayforce) preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required (provided upon hire).
• Highly organized with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and staffing strategies a plus.
