Managing Delivery Architect - AI Architect

We’re seeking a visionary AI Architect to lead the development, deployment, and scaling of cutting-edge AI and agentic systems across business operations. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive innovation in generative AI, autonomous agents, and analytics at enterprise scale. You’ll partner across industries to develop go-to-market strategies and deliver impactful AI solutions.

Your role

AI System Development & Integration
•    Design, develop and implement AI driven solutions  (Analytics, ML, NLP, computer vision, Gen AI, Agents etc.) within an organizational context. 
•    Develop secure, scalable AI applications using cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), big data tools (Databricks, PySpark), and CI/CD pipelines.
•    Build and orchestrate agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, Crew AI, and Semantic Kernel.
•    Lead deployment and monitoring of AI models in production with support from DevOps and IT.
Architecture, Delivery & Innovation Leadership
•    Architect custom AI solutions using modern AI tooling, APIs, data infrastructure, and runtime components.
•    Lead cross-functional teams in aligning AI solutions with business goals and client needs.
•    Drive innovation through research, integration of emerging AI techniques, and development of private GenAI tools.
•    Serve as a technical and strategic advisor to clients and internal leaders.
Go-to-Market & Client Engagement
•    Develop and lead AI service offerings within industry sectors, partnering with market unit leaders.
•    Experience in leading large scale and complex data analytics, AI engagements 
•    Lead pitches, demos, and proposals for Analytics, ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI initiatives.
•    Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of trends and evangelizing advanced AI capabilities.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
•    Mentor junior engineers and data scientists; guide team strategy, operations, and growth.
•    Foster a collaborative environment for experimentation, learning, and execution.

Your skills and experience

•    15+ years of experience in AI, analytics, and enterprise software engineering.
•    A master’s degree in a STEM oriented field like Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics fields, or a field that has a strong analytical component. 
•    Proven leadership in developing and scaling Agentic systems, GenAI models, and Machine Learning services.
•    Expertise in Python and SQL and libraries like Scikit Learn, LangChain, and modern agentic frameworks.
•    Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering, and deployment tools (Docker, DevOps, Kubernetes).
•    Experience in client-facing roles, thought leadership, and building scalable analytics practices."
